Shipping Timeframe

Changing Your Address

We cannot modify the delivery details once an order is processed and shipped. In such cases, we must wait for the package to be returned before processing a refund for your order.

Cancelling Your Order

You have the option to cancel your order before it is processed. (However, please note that designer-customized products cannot be canceled once confirmed. Please pay special attention when ordering; we will also give you a special reminder.) Should you choose to cancel, you can reach us directly via email at admin@panda-lane.com, and we will issue a full refund immediately. If your order has already been processed, you must wait until you receive the package and follow our return procedure to send it back. Lost Packages

Please contact us immediately if you do not receive your order within 30 days from the shipping date. We consider packages not delivered within this timeframe lost. Upon confirmation of the situation, we will issue a full refund to ensure your satisfaction. Our goal is to resolve any delivery issues swiftly and to your benefit.
