Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day free return policy, except for special items we mark. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will cover the cost of return shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Additionally, if the item is defective, you are eligible to return it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase for any return process.

You must provide a photo of your item/s before shipping so we can assess the condition. Please send us a short video demonstrating the problem for any functionality issues. This will help us understand the issue more clearly and ensure the appropriate resolution.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
However, not all items are eligible for return. Any products excluded under our return policy will be noted on product pages and/or at checkout. To be eligible for a return:
- The item (s) is a designer-customized product not subject to the return policy.
- The item (s) must be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the date your order is delivered/received.
- The Item(s) were not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty.
- The item (s) must be returned in its original packaging and ‘as new’ condition.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
